Configuring the volume Whether contributors to this volume follow to the letter Anand and Jones’s argument is a moot point. Anand himself, in his chapter on a wine tasting competition, uses the phrase ‘tournament ritual’. Thompson, Smith, Moeran and Havens all talk of ‘tournaments of values’ or value. Rüling, Skov and Meier and Mezias and his co-authors prefer field-configuring events. Delacour and Leca, as well as Lena, combine the two, while Skov and Meier introduce the concept of ‘figured world’.
