Case material Don is a patient I have seen for five years in analysis, on the couch twice a week. He is extremely anxious and prone to guilt which leaves him feeling unable to function and perform in the way he thinks he should. Most of this sense of inadequacy is centered around relationships and specifically in sexual relationships.
